Lam Dong Province Investment Promotion Conference 2025 needs to be economical but thoughtful and effective

Units identify important tasks to prioritize funding for implementation in the spirit of organizing the Lam Dong Provincial Investment Promotion Conference 2025 economically, thoughtfully and effectively.

Up to now, basically the contents and programs prepared for the Lam Dong Investment Promotion Conference in 2025 have been proactively accelerated by units, departments and branches.

On the afternoon of September 19, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi chaired a meeting to deploy the plan to organize the Investment Promotion Conference in 2025. Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of departments and branches attended.

Reporting at the meeting, the assigned units have so far advised the Provincial People's Committee to choose a location for the conference. The parties have coordinated with the event organizer to design a preliminary map of the stage location, display booth, invitation templates, gift boxes, etc.

The assigned sub-committees have drawn up lists to design invitations. The establishment of a Volunteer Group in charge of the guests has been built by the sub-committees.

Representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province reported on the progress of assigned content in preparing for the Investment Promotion Conference.

Regarding the conference content, art programs, video clips..., the Communications and Propaganda Subcommittee has assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to take charge of implementation.

For the investment attraction portfolio, the Department of Finance has created a portfolio as a basis for selecting quality projects to call for.

Regarding the content of rewarding 80 outstanding entrepreneurs, the departments, branches and associations in the province have developed detailed content to submit to the Provincial People's Committee.

The Subcommittees plan and budget for organizing programs within the framework of the conference. The estimated cost of organizing the conference is about 10 billion VND from socialized sources and budget funds.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized that there is not much time left, the departments, branches and units are assigned to speed up the progress of the contents and tasks for the Investment Promotion Conference. Regarding the funding for the conference, the Provincial People's Committee agreed on two sources: the budget and socialized sources.

In order to welcome them thoughtfully and effectively, the relevant Subcommittee needs to assign specific tasks to the volunteer team to monitor the schedule, accommodation and meals to contact the guests in a timely manner.

For the list of projects calling for investment, the Department of Finance will review how many projects have been granted investment policies. For projects that are seeking investment policies, the unit will urgently process documents and procedures, creating conditions for granting investment policies to investors before the conference takes place.

Regarding the conference presentation video clip, Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio and Television carefully prepared the content. All must show the potential and inherent strengths of Lam Dong.

The 2025 Investment Promotion Conference is expected to be held by Lam Dong for 2 days from October 11-12, 2025, at Lam Vien Square, Da Lat.
