In the morning, the Provincial People's Council will conduct a question and answer session on two groups of content.

Content 1: "Management and effective use of land originating from state-owned farms and forestry farms and youth volunteer teams. Current situation, causes and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of management and effective use of land in the coming time" for Directors of Departments: Natural Resources and Environment; Agriculture and Rural Development.

Content 2: "Solutions to develop Nghe An tourism into a spearhead economic sector in the spirit of Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045" for the Director of the Department of Tourism.

On the same afternoon, the Provincial People's Council will review and approve draft resolutions submitted to the session; notify voters' opinions via online telephone lines and close the session.
