Over 53 million VND "Supporting students to go to school" for An Xuyen ward students

At the program, 120 gifts including notebooks, books, backpacks, school supplies and scholarships were given to students at 10 schools in the area. The total cost of mobilization and donation was over 53 million VND.

Mr. Tran Quoc Su, Chairman of Ca Mau Business Club, presented 1,000 notebooks to support the program.

The activity was accompanied by many units and businesses such as: Ca Mau Business Club, Ca Mau Trade Joint Stock Company Youth Union, Soha Travel Can Tho Joint Stock Company - Ca Mau branch, Wonder English Center Ca Mau, Saigon Tam Duc Dental Group - Ca Mau branch. The units contributed 1,200 notebooks, more than 100 sets of school supplies, 120 bags, 6 sets of textbooks and 3 scholarships for students.

Mr. Nguyen Tran Dang Khoa, Secretary of An Xuyen Ward Youth Union, emphasized that each gift is a source of motivation for students in difficult circumstances.

The total cost of supporting students in the program is more than 53 million VND.

“After implementing the two-tier local government model, the number of schools and students needing support increased. However, An Xuyen youth are determined to maintain activities and connect so that no child has to drop out of school due to difficult circumstances,” said Mr. Khoa.

The gifts include backpacks and school supplies to reduce the anxiety at the beginning of the new school year for many students in difficult circumstances.
