To resolve the remaining problems in the work of granting land use right certificates to local people, on August 30, the People's Committee of Cu M'gar district established an "Inspection Team to resolve problems in the work of granting, exchanging and granting land use right certificates (for the first time) in Ea Pok town".

On August 31, the Inspection Team supported and resolved existing problems and difficulties in the work of granting, exchanging, and issuing land use right certificates for the first time to 168 households in Lang and Ea Map villages. At the same time, they guided the procedures for mortgage cancellation; fulfilling financial obligations to the State; correcting information in land use right certificates; preparing dossiers for land division, donation, and inheritance... for local people.

The Inspection Team supports Lang village people (Ea Pok town) in resolving land-related procedures.

This is the first time that Cu M'gar district has established an "Inspection Team to resolve difficulties in the issuance and renewal of land use right certificates" right at the grassroots level, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of land users; thereby promoting the issuance and renewal of land use right certificates in the locality, helping to make land management in the area more stringent. In the coming time, the Inspection Team will continue to be deployed in communes and towns in the district.

People of Ea Pok town exchanged opinions and made suggestions to the district People's Committee leaders on outstanding issues in the land sector.

According to Mr. Vu Hong Nhat, Chairman of the District People's Committee, along with assigning specific responsibilities to each department, office, grassroots government and leader, the district promotes the dissemination of legal regulations, especially land laws, to all classes of people so that people can understand and comply properly.

Along with that, it is required that localities and relevant units regularly grasp information and public opinion on land registration and certification work, promptly resolve arising problems, ensure objectivity and transparency for people when conducting land transactions; and raise the sense of responsibility and service attitude of officials and civil servants in performing their duties.
