At the great national celebration, the Provincial Military Command had 17 comrades (12 officers and 5 soldiers). These were comrades with good moral qualities, enthusiasm, responsibility, and were selected by the unit to participate in the mission.

With the spirit of "overcoming the sun and the rain", the comrades overcame difficulties, made efforts to train, and contributed together with the entire army and people to make the great political event a great success, leaving a deep impression in the hearts of the people of the whole country and international friends. 17 comrades were honored to receive certificates of merit from the Ministry of National Defense .

Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Dinh Van Hung, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility and determination of the participating forces. He affirmed that this is not only an important political task but also an honor and pride of each soldier and of the provincial armed forces.

The Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command requested officers and soldiers to continue promoting the spirit, will, and discipline they had cultivated during the parade and apply them to regular work, contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" agency and unit.
