On September 9, the animated film “The Three Oxen and the Gold Mine” officially released its poster and trailer. Revolving around the meaningful story of orphans on their journey to find a true home, the film brings an adventure with all the emotions, promising to conquer young audiences.

The movie “The Three Oxen and the Gold Mine” takes viewers on the journey of two Irish orphans - Tom (Thom) and Mary (Dau Tay). Arriving in New York by sea without their only relative coming to pick them up, Mary and Tom continue to blend in with the group of orphans to get on the transcontinental train to California to find their uncle Niall (Ca Chua).
Here, the two brothers met Nick (Quyt) - an extraordinary friend and together traveled through many wonderful lands, until they unexpectedly encountered cunning people at the gold mine.
To save themselves and everyone else, Tom and Mary must use their wits, cunning, and great teamwork. Will Tom and Mary find a true home after completing this dangerous mission?

The film has vivid and adorable characters. All the characters' proper names are Vietnamese-ized into fruits, which are very familiar and easy to remember for young audiences.
The film's visuals are impressive with vibrant colors, showing that the producer invested heavily in art and effects to create a series of rich settings, from bustling train stations, lush green grasslands to barren deserts, mysterious gold mines in the deep mountains. The fast pace of the film combined with bustling music , with a majestic adventurous sound, further increases the appeal of the film.
Not only a work that arouses the curiosity of young audiences, “The Three Little Oxen and the Gold Mine” is also a meaningful film, based on a real historical event and the family story of director Pedro Solís García (Spain). According to Pedro Solís García, the “predecessor” of the movie “The Three Little Oxen and the Gold Mine” – the short film “Strings” was inspired by his own son.

Since birth, the boy unfortunately suffered from severe cerebral palsy, was almost unable to move and was always in critical health condition. However, his daughter always found ways to play with her younger brother, tying a rope around his arm to help him move even a little. While watching her children's games, observing the way her son talked with his eyes, director Pedro Solís García wrote a story about a healthy girl who overcame all prejudices to get to know a boy with cerebral palsy.
These are the two main characters in the short film “Strings” and now the characters Mary and Nick in the movie “The Three Oxen and the Gold Mine”.
According to producer Jordi Gasull, on the surface, the film “The Three Oxen and the Gold Mine” is a “treasure hunt”, but deeper down, that treasure is not material, but the feeling of belonging to a family of children who need love and integration despite their different circumstances.
