Construction of low-rise housing in the Tuyen Son Housing and Service Area project worth 980 billion VND started

DNO - On March 29, commemorating the 49th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2024), LANDCOM Investment Joint Stock Company organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the low-rise housing construction investment component project of the Tuyen Son Housing and Service Area project (Hoa Cuong Nam ward, Hai Chau district) with a total investment of 980 billion VND.

This component project has a total land area of over 3.6 hectares, including construction items such as: a townhouse area with 156 units on a land area of 1.6 hectares; a villa area with 63 units on an area of over 2 hectares, deployed in accordance with the investment progress approved by the City People's Committee and oriented to develop into a convenient, synchronous, modern and sustainable housing area.

Tuyen Son Residential and Service Area Project includes low-rise commercial housing, commercial and service center, offices for rent, luxury apartments... synchronized with green landscape infrastructure. This project, once completed, will contribute to the development of urban space.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, General Director of LANDCOM Investment Joint Stock Company Nguyen Xuan Duc thanked the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Da Nang City, departments, branches of the city and Hai Chau District People's Committee for their attention, removing obstacles and supporting the company to complete the procedures to be eligible to start the project.

The low-rise housing construction investment component project, which commenced on March 29, is even more meaningful and is an important basis for LANDCOM Investment Joint Stock Company to complete the synchronous investment of the Tuyen Son Housing and Service Area project in accordance with the investment schedule approved by the City People's Committee.

With impressive architecture, in harmony with nature, taking the image of a yacht reaching out to the ocean, creating an urban landscape highlight for Da Nang city and will contribute to accelerating the urbanization process, diversifying the service, trade, tourism and entertainment industries in the area, helping the company contribute to the construction and development of the city's new urban area.
