Prosecution of group of subjects "holding drug party" at hotel

Ky Anh Town Police ( Ha Tinh ) has just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute 3 defendants and detain 2 subjects for the crime of "Organizing illegal use of drugs".

Previously, at 02:10 a.m. on June 14, 2023, at room 201 of Happy Hotel (Ky Long Ward, Ky Anh Town), the Drug Crime Investigation Team presided over and coordinated with Ky Long Ward Police to inspect, discover, and arrest Nguyen Trung Duc (born in 1999), Tran Dinh Linh (born in 1997), both residing in Minh Chau Village, Lam Hop Commune (Ky Anh District) and Nguyen Thi Tam (born in 2001), residing in Phu Lam Village, Phu Gia Commune (Huong Khe District) for organizing illegal drug use for Tran Van D. (born in 1994), residing in Cu Kroa, M'Drak District ( Dak Lak Province) and Nguyen Thi Thu C. (born in 1997), residing in Ky Tien Commune (Ky Anh District).

The seized evidence includes: 1 plastic bag containing 0.4435 grams of ketamine, 1 white ceramic plate containing drugs, 1 straw rolled from 20,000 VND bills, 1 plastic card, 1 flashing light and other evidence used for drug use.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Anh Town Police has decided to prosecute the case, prosecute 3 defendants, and detain 2 subjects for 4 months, including Nguyen Trung Duc and Tran Dinh Linh, for the crime of "Organizing illegal use of narcotics"; Nguyen Thi Tam has a child under 36 months old so she was released on bail.

The case is currently under further investigation and expansion.
