Ha Tinh Social Insurance established 8 facilities, terminated 3 units from October 1

(Baohatinh.vn) - Implementing the Decision of the Ministry of Finance and Vietnam Social Security, from October 1, 2025, Ha Tinh Provincial Social Security will apply a new organizational structure and management area according to commune-level administrative units.

Ha Tinh Social Insurance has just issued a notice on the change of organizational structure and management area of ​​the provincial Social Insurance and its affiliated units. Based on the decisions of the Minister of Finance and the General Director of Vietnam Social Insurance, the social insurance system in the province will be reorganized in the direction that the provincial Social Insurance directly manages and directs the grassroots social insurance.

From October 1, Ha Tinh Social Insurance has 8 grassroots units.

Accordingly, Ha Tinh Provincial Social Insurance (headquartered at No. 1, Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Thanh Sen Ward) manages and directs 8 grassroots units and directly manages the area of ​​4 communes and wards: Thanh Sen Ward, Tran Phu Ward, Ha Huy Tap Ward and Cam Binh Commune.

Thach Ha Social Insurance (located in Thach Ha commune) manages the communes: Thach Ha, Thach Lac, Thach Khe, Dong Tien, Toan Luu, Viet Xuyen, Dong Kinh, Thach Xuan, Mai Phu.

Can Loc Social Insurance (located in Can Loc commune) manages the communes: Can Loc, Truong Luu, Dong Loc, Xuan Loc, Gia Hanh, Tung Loc, Loc Ha, Hong Loc.

Hong Linh Social Insurance (Nam Hong Linh ward) manages the wards: Bac Hong Linh ward, Nam Hong Linh ward and Nghi Xuan, Tien Dien, Co Dam, Dan Hai communes.

Duc Tho Social Insurance (located in Duc Tho commune) manages the communes: Duc Tho, Duc Dong, Duc Thinh, Duc Minh, Duc Quang, Vu Quang, Thuong Duc, Mai Hoa.

Huong Son Social Insurance (located in Huong Son commune) manages the communes: Huong Son, Tu My, Kim Hoa, Son Tien, Son Giang, Son Tay, Son Hong, Son Kim 1, Son Kim 2.

Huong Khe Social Insurance (located in Huong Khe commune) manages the communes: Huong Khe, Huong Do, Huong Binh, Huong Pho, Phuc Trach, Ha Linh, Huong Xuan.

Cam Xuyen Social Insurance (located in Cam Xuyen commune) manages the communes: Cam Xuyen, Cam Hung, Cam Trung, Cam Lac, Cam Due, Thien Cam, Yen Hoa, Ky Xuan.

Ky Anh Social Insurance (located in Song Tri ward) manages units in the wards: Hoanh Son, Vung Ang ward, Song Tri ward, Hai Ninh ward and communes: Ky Anh, Ky Khang, Ky Van, Ky Hoa, Ky Thuong, Ky Lac.

In addition, from October 1, 2025, 3 grassroots social insurance agencies including Song Tri, Nghi Xuan, and Vu Quang will officially cease operations.

The adjustment aims to streamline the organization, overcome overlapping areas and at the same time increase efficiency in serving people and businesses in transactions and resolving policies and regimes.

Ha Tinh Provincial Social Insurance requests agencies, units, organizations and individuals to contact and coordinate according to the new system to ensure professional work is carried out smoothly.
