Quang Ninh : Crowds of people flock to the October 30th Square

On the night of the 30th of Tet, a large number of people flocked to the 30/10 square area in Ha Long City (Quang Ninh) to participate in the Spring Giap Thin art program and wait to admire the fireworks at the New Year's Eve. Traffic police blocked both ends of Tran Quoc Street, not allowing cars and motorbikes to pass, only allowing people to walk into the central area. Da Nang people dressed up to check-in on New Year's Eve
