The project of the Expert Zone and Ecological Park serving the Danang IT Park (located in Hoa Lien commune, Hoa Vang district) with a scale of 64 semi-detached villas, 33 hillside villas, more than 200 luxury apartments and infrastructure such as sports complex, central park... with a total investment of about more than 2,000 billion VND, was implemented in 2021, expected to be completed in 2022 but is now deserted.
