The Long Thanh International Airport Job Fair attracted about 9,500 people to register online; more than 2,000 students from high schools, colleges and universities in Dong Nai province and Ho Chi Minh City attended. There were 7 businesses participating in recruitment at the event, including: Vietjet Air Joint Stock Company (Vietjet Air), Vietnam Airport Ground Services Company Limited (VIAGS), Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company (SAGS), Vietnam Air Catering Company Limited (VACS), Vietnam Air Catering Company (VINACS), Tan Son Nhat Airport Services Joint Stock Company (SASCO) and Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA). The job positions are diverse, requiring high school education or higher.

According to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son, Dong Nai province has the 9th largest area, the 5th largest population and the 4th largest economy in the country. Dong Nai aims for continuous double-digit growth in the coming time. The operation of Long Thanh International Airport is one of the important foundations contributing to this development. Currently, the province is focusing on investing and accelerating the development of routes to connect Long Thanh International Airport; at the same time, urgently implementing projects: Long Thanh Airport Urban Area, free trade zone surrounding Long Thanh Airport area... Therefore, the demand for human resources in all fields is very large.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son affirmed: In the past time, Dong Nai province and its localities and affiliated units have coordinated well with ACV. In the coming time, Dong Nai province will review the work progress every month; at the same time, promote communication of labor needs for Long Thanh International Airport to the people.
