The 18th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council approved 8 important draft resolutions.

After a period of urgent and active work with a spirit of democracy and high responsibility, the 18th session of the Provincial People's Council, term XV, 2021 - 2026, completed the proposed content and program. At the session, 8 draft resolutions were voted and approved by the Provincial People's Council delegates.

The draft resolutions passed at the session are:

1. Resolution on approving the project to adjust the Ninh Binh Urban Master Plan to 2040.

2. Resolution stipulating the content and tasks of expenditure for maintenance, repair and urgent handling of dike incidents under the expenditure tasks of the local budget for the dike system in Ninh Binh province.

3. Resolution approving the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.

4. Resolution on investment policy for the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong Expressway Construction Investment Project, section passing through Ninh Binh province.

5. Resolution on investment policy for the Project of Reinforcing irrigation canals combined with rescue roads from Road 481C to Day River dike, Khanh Trung commune, Yen Khanh district.

6. Resolution on adjusting the Medium-term Public Investment Plan for the 2021-2025 period using local budget capital (7th time).

7. Resolution on detailed allocation of the 2024 Public Investment Plan from the Central budget.

8. Resolution on approving the addition of the total number of employees (civil servants) in public preschool and general education for the 2023-2024 school year for the Education sector of Ninh Binh province.
