Speakers share their experiences at the program

On October 10, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City organized a seminar on "Culture of communication and behavior among students" with the participation of two speakers - MSc. Doan Phuc Linh Tam, Vice Principal of Ho Chi Minh City Dance School and Danny Vo, Vice President of the Association for Liaison with Overseas Vietnamese - Ho Chi Minh City, along with more than 1,000 students of the school.

In his opening speech, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Principal of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, said that qualifications create the foundation but skills make the difference. When selecting people, organizations and businesses often choose people with good skills, in which communication skills are important.

At the program, Associate Professor - Master Doan Phuc Linh Tam shared about personal image and style. According to her, these are important issues that come from first impressions . "When someone has a good initial assessment of you, you will have better opportunities and vice versa. Therefore, creating a good first impression is very important, so it needs to be polished and practiced..." - Ms. Linh Tam said.

Meanwhile, Danny Vo shares about expressive language and body language in a positive direction...

At the program, students also asked many questions to the speakers about public speaking skills as well as many other related content such as skills, communication, etc.

On the same day, the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City announced the Miss and Mister HUB 2024 contest. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung said that this is a contest to find candidates with intelligence, beauty and professionalism. This is not only a representative of the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City but also the banking industry of Vietnam.
