From August 4 to August 9, 2025, in the provinces and cities of Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh, and Hai Phong City, a national mobile propaganda contest with the theme "Vietnam - 80 years of heroic spirit, firmly stepping into the future" will take place to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the provinces and cities. Participating in this national mobile propaganda contest is the gathering of 24 provinces and cities: Lai Chau, Dong Nai, Dien Bien, Son La, Da Nang city, Khanh Hoa, Lao Cai, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Quang Ngai, Phu Tho, Hai Phong city, Ho Chi Minh city, Can Tho city, Thanh Hoa, Bac Ninh, Dak Lak, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Tay Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Gia Lai and Tuyen Quang.

With more than 1,000 propagandists, 120 unique singing, dancing and music performances by the Propaganda Teams praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, the country, the typical cultural features of the locality,... to promote to the masses of people and tourists. The launching ceremony and vehicle parade were held in Vinh Phuc province. Then the groups moved along two routes and performed in the provinces and cities according to the schedule of the Organizing Committee.

At the Competition, Lai Chau Delegation participated in the comprehensive art program of singing, dancing and music with the theme: "Forever bright in the border area" including 05 performances: Singing and dancing: "The Party flag shines forever in the border area " ; Female solo: "From Sen village " ; Dance: " New scarf celebration " ; Female trio: "Inviting you back to Lai Chau"; Flute solo: "The call of the mountain top" on folk art materials of Mong, Thai, Lao ethnic groups... with content praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the beauty of the land, people, cultural features imbued with the identity of the ethnic groups of Lai Chau province.

The closing ceremony was held at Hai Phong City Theater Square . Lai Chau Provincial TTLĐ Team excellently won 01 Gold medal for the performance: Singing and dancing: "The Party flag shines forever in the border area " and 02 Silver medals for the female solo performance: "From Sen village " and the dance performance : " New scarf celebration " .
