According to the report, the province currently has 180 villas in the old Da Lat city area; of which, 166 villas are on the conservation list, 14 villas are outside the conservation list.
In addition, the province also has 1,032 apartments, 106 individual houses and 104 temporary houses. The student dormitory area on Nguyen Hoang Street has completed and put into operation 2 blocks B1 and B2.

However, the management and operation of villas and apartment buildings still face many difficulties. There is a lack of technical human resources for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, water and fire protection systems; the Housing Management Center has not yet fully met the requirements of a professional management and operation unit.
In addition, most people living or using villas and apartments do not directly sign rental contracts, making it difficult to handle arising problems.

Speaking at the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi requested the Department of Construction to coordinate with relevant units to review and synthesize each list of projects.
Which projects are operating well, which projects are under contract but not yet implemented must be clearly evaluated. Particularly for projects facing difficulties, the cause must be found and resolved together.

Any project that is stuck from the local government side must be clearly stated, and in the case of a business, it must be made public. Everything must be transparent so that there can be an appropriate solution. The ultimate goal is to promote efficiency and avoid wasting public assets.
