For Tran Thanh Hon, education is a sacred career that he never wants to give up.

Thanh Hon is currently a teacher and Team Leader of Ngo Thoi Nhiem Primary - Secondary - High School ( Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). The 31-year-old teacher from the West is loved by many colleagues, parents and students for his cheerfulness, responsibility, dedication to the profession and his willingness to help others.

Few people know that Thanh Hon started out as a soccer player. While playing for the Tien Giang youth team, he was fortunate to be guided by talented and virtuous teachers who always knew how to encourage students to develop their potential. After finishing his playing contract, Hon was determined to go to university. After graduating, he worked at the University of Physical Education and Sports in Ho Chi Minh City and was a physical education collaborator at many centers and kindergartens. Teaching helped the 9X guy realize that many young people with special circumstances had to face challenges in life or psychology early.

Teacher Tran Thanh Hon loves his teaching job more and more and strives to do better.

The meeting with Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Vinh - the founder of Ngo Thoi Nhiem School - created a great motivation for Hon to pursue a career in education. When Ms. Vinh gave him the opportunity to become a teacher, Hon enthusiastically entered an ideal school environment, which not only emphasized the quality of teaching and learning but also actively participated in social activities and served the community. He learned a lot from the way Ms. Vinh supported and guided his students. Although he was still confused at the beginning of his work, Thanh Hon gradually learned how to observe, listen, and talk with the students. He also had a close connection with the students' families, promptly grasped their thoughts and feelings, and created the best learning and development conditions for the children.

The priceless reward of this 9x teacher is the love of his students and parents for him.

Behind Mr. Hon's strictness and discipline is a soul rich in emotions, always caring and loving towards his students. "Each child has his own circumstances. Some grow up in families without a mother or father. Some have everything, are protected but are vulnerable, and have difficulty controlling their thoughts and actions," Hon said.

A happy family is the solid foundation for him to confidently devote his energy and time to education. "I hope that the positive values ​​I have from my family will also spread to my students, so that they will always be happy, healthy, and study well" - Hon expressed.
