It is forecasted that from the evening of September 29 to September 30, areas in the province will have heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain and thunderstorms, from the night of September 30, the rain will gradually decrease. Rainfall is generally from 50 - 150 mm, some places over 200 mm, warning of the risk of heavy rain (>100mm/3 hours).
Prolonged heavy rains have caused localized flooding in low-lying areas, along rivers and streams, and landslides that have affected traffic. Given the complicated developments of the floods, people need to proactively deploy response measures and evacuate people and property in vulnerable areas to safety.
