LION Championship 25 promises the most exciting title matches of the season

In the highlight match, 56kg champion Le Van Tuan - who just created a shock by defeating former champion Pham Van Nam at LION Championship 23 - will return to the 60kg weight class, competing for the championship belt with number one candidate Tran Ngoc Luong.

If he wins, Le Van Tuan will go down in Vietnamese MMA history as the first fighter to hold two championship belts at the same time in two different weight classes. Meanwhile, athlete Tran Ngoc Luong is one of the fighters with the best professional MMA record in Vietnam with 8 wins and 1 loss. He has never lost to any domestic fighter on his journey to the title match.

Both fighters possess a solid foundation in standing combat and a proven set of jiu-jitsu skills. Van Tuan is the only master of the Buggy Choke and D'arce Choke in the Vietnamese MMA arena. Meanwhile, Tran Ngoc Luong has defeated every opponent he has ever faced with the skills of a national jiu-jitsu champion.

In the women's 52kg weight class, "jiu-jitsu teacher" Lo Thi Phung will aim for the first championship in her career with opponent Nguyen Vu Quynh Hoa. Lo Thi Phung's jiu-jitsu strength has been proven when she defeated all 3 opponents she faced on the LION Championship stage with chokes. Meanwhile, Quynh Hoa, with her background as a Muay Thai - Sanshou and traditional martial artist, will face the biggest challenge of her career.

Not only two title matches, LION Championship 25 also witnessed a rematch in MMA Duo format between kickboxing champions Nguyen Xuan Phuong and Nguyen Ngoc Thuc with members of the Raptor MMA team.

In the first encounter, Xuan Phuong - Ngoc Thuc lost after only 55 seconds to the duo Nguyen Tien Long - Nguyen Trung Hai. In the upcoming encounter, Nguyen Tien Long will be accompanied by his new teammate Nguyen Thanh Thoan. The rematch promises to bring unpredictable developments from the 4 boxers participating in the ring.

Also in the 60kg category, two boxers Bach Van Nghia and Tran Minh Nhut will compete to challenge the champion. The winner of this match will face the winner of Le Van Tuan - Tran Ngoc Luong.

A teammate of Bach Van Nghia will also return to the ring after nearly a year of rest, boxer Pham Thanh Ngan will face his old teammate Quang Van Minh in the 65kg weight class. The only match between two foreign boxers Adel Iabbarov and Siyovush Gulmamadov will also take place in the 65kg class.
