Select a unit to perform the service contract at the State Legal Aid Center of Ca Mau province

Implement according to the provisions of Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP dated December 30, 2022 of the Government on contracts for a number of types of work in administrative agencies and public service units; Official Dispatch No. 1516/UBND-NC dated March 8, 2023 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province on the implementation of labor contracts according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP of the Government and Official Dispatch No. 723/SNV-TCCB dated April 6, 2023 of the Department of Home Affairs on guiding the implementation of a number of related contents in Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP of the Government. On September 19, 2025, the Director of the State Legal Aid Center of Ca Mau province issued Notice No. 17/TB-TGPL on the selection of a unit to perform the janitor service contract at the State Legal Aid Center of Ca Mau province with the following contents:

1. Name of service to be used: 01 janitor working at the headquarters of the State Legal Aid Center of Ca Mau province.

2. Job description

- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, wipe tables, chairs, floors of offices, reception rooms, meeting rooms and public areas.

- Cleaning and sanitizing toilets; washing cups, dishes, and brewing equipment.

- Collect and process waste daily.

- Arrange meeting rooms, prepare drinks for meetings or receiving guests.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Center's Leadership.

3. Working time: 08 hours/day. In addition, due to the nature and needs of the work, the Center's leaders can arrange additional working hours appropriately and flexibly, and may not comply with the working schedule according to administrative hours.

4. Service fees and payment methods: According to current agreements and regulations.

5. Requirements for the supplier: Must fully meet the operating conditions as prescribed by law, ensure the regime for employees as prescribed by labor law and other relevant legal provisions.

6. Time and place for receiving documents

- Time for receiving documents: 07 working days (from September 22, 2025 to September 30, 2025).

+ Submit directly: No. 64, Phan Ngoc Hien Street, Tan Thanh Ward, Ca Mau Province. The file must be in an envelope, sealed, confidential and clearly state the information of the service provider and the title "Janitorial service capacity file".

The State Legal Aid Center of Ca Mau province looks forward to receiving the attention of the units. The selected units will be contacted by the Center as soon as possible. After the above deadline, if no unit contacts the Center to review and sign the contract, it will be considered that no unit has registered to perform the service contract with the State Legal Aid Center.
