I think I'm not very good at studying, weak in English, planning to study Control Engineering and Automation but don't know which school to choose.
For Control and Automation Engineering, I am hesitant between Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City National University, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education.
I am weak in English and my family is not well off. Please advise me based on the requirements of the study program, tuition fees, and job opportunities of the two schools.
