How to use ORS correctly: Read the instructions carefully to mix correctly. Mix the entire package of ORS powder with the exact amount of boiled and cooled water written on the package. Do not divide the ORS packet for use. Do not "estimate", "guess" or measure water with inaccurate measuring tools.

After mixing the solution with water, it must be consumed within 24 hours. After 24 hours, discard it and mix a new packet, do not store it in the refrigerator for children to drink gradually. Do not boil the mixed solution, it can lose the qualities of the medicine, evaporate, increase osmosis. Do not add sugar, do not mix ORS with milk, fruit juice, soft drinks... or do it according to your own ideas. Let children drink ORS about 15 - 20 minutes/time, a few spoons each time, do not drink too much at once.

When children show signs of drowsiness, lethargy, fatigue, and frequent vomiting, parents need to take them immediately to a medical facility for timely treatment.
