Coming to Ma Sung village today, people's lives have changed completely, wide roads, spacious cultural houses. Above all, there is an atmosphere of solidarity and closeness among the people in the village.
According to the People's Committee of Song Hinh commune, from 2020 to 2025, Ma Sung village will open and expand over 10 km of rural roads, build a village cultural house, a concentrated cemetery on a total area of 1 hectare and open kindergartens. All thanks to the voluntary contributions of the people in the village with the total value of land, crops and assets donated by the people converted into money of about 3 billion VND. In particular, Ma Nit and his family are pioneers in donating land, crops and assets on the routes from Song Hinh bridge to Don Chach village, from Hai Kloc village to Ma Sung stream and from Ma Sung village to Nhum village. The newly opened roads are not only convenient for travel but also open up opportunities for production and business development for the whole village.
Ksor Y Nga in Ma Sung village said: “Ma Nit persistently came to lobby and clearly explained the benefits of building and expanding the road, so I agreed with the general policy. Now that the road has been opened, I see that Ma Nit was right.”

Not only was Ma Nit a pioneer in the movement of donating land for road construction, he was also a pioneer in innovative production thinking. He said that his family used to raise dozens of local cows, but the efficiency was low due to the increasingly narrowing grazing area, scarce food sources, and complicated diseases. Instead of accepting the difficulties, he went to agricultural extension training classes, read books and newspapers, and searched the internet to learn new techniques.
Since then, Ma Nit has switched to growing elephant grass to proactively source food, raise crossbred cows instead of local cows and apply silage techniques, store green food, process and mix feed for cows. He also invested in grass cutters, built solid barns with manure pits, feeding troughs and roofs. In addition to raising livestock, his family also grows rice, sugarcane, vegetables and raises black pigs. Thanks to that, over the past 5 years, the family's income from production has always reached over 100 million VND per year.
To prove its effectiveness, Ma Nit continued to encourage people to apply new techniques. Thanks to that, many households in the village have stabilized production, increased income, and contributed to poverty reduction. That consensus has become an important foundation to help Ma Sung village be recognized as a cultural village for many years in a row, and the village party cell has been classified as completing its tasks well or better.

He always wants to learn new knowledge and then share it with his fellow countrymen to change their lives.
