MC Lieu Ha Trinh: After giving birth, I had to struggle mentally when returning to work.

"I spent 2 years getting pregnant and focusing on my family, so when I returned to work, I had to struggle mentally a lot," Lieu Ha Trinh shared.

Lieu Ha Trinh has been an MC since she was 19 years old. Up to now, the beauty has had 15 years of "holding the mic". The beauty won the Golden Swallow award in 2016 and left a deep impression on the audience with her professional and emotional hosting style.

The female MC said she had to "struggle mentally" a lot to be able to return to work after giving birth to her first son:

"I spent 2 years pregnant and focusing on my family, so when I returned to work, I had to struggle mentally a lot. I worried about many things: I couldn't be with my child with all my heart, my health wasn't ready, my beauty wasn't perfect, I couldn't focus on being by my child's side to protect him, and enjoy the few moments of his childhood...

Balancing work and childcare is my biggest challenge. Luckily, I have a supportive family, especially my husband and mother-in-law.

My husband is quite financially comfortable but has to work all day. On his days off, he helps with housework and takes care of the children, because he understands that I long to be a mother who can be with my children and at the same time continuously strive and develop my career.

The female MC admitted that her life has been in turmoil since having a child. Being a first-time mother and working in a very special environment, the Vietnamese entertainment industry, Lieu Ha Trinh understands the hardships of mothers in showbiz.
