On the morning of September 25, at the People's Committee of Duc Trong commune, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai chaired a working session with departments, branches, Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 and leaders of Hiep Thanh, Tan Hoi, Ninh Gia, Duc Trong communes on the progress of site clearance for Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway.

According to the report, up to now, the measurement and counting work in Ninh Gia commune has been completed for 23 households/43 plots of land, reaching 22% of the volume; Hiep Thanh commune has 48 households/61 plots, reaching 16%; Duc Trong commune has 26 households/40 plots, reaching 6%; Tan Hoi commune has 2 households/10 plots, reaching 1%. About 232/983 households in the entire route have not received land recovery notice.

The entire area needs to resettle 69 households; of which, 29 households are in Hiep Thanh, 21 households are in Duc Trong, 11 households are in Tan Hoi and 8 households are in Ninh Gia. Localities have proposed using land funds in Hiep An 1 Resettlement Area (Hiep Thanh Commune), Phu Hoi Industrial Park (Duc Trong) and adding infrastructure in some other residential areas to meet the demand.

At the meeting, representatives of communes and units had many recommendations related to site clearance, coordination in inventorying the current status, reviewing resettlement needs of households; land plots that need to be adjusted... It is recommended that the Provincial Land Fund Development Center focus human resources to carry out the inventory of the current status and carry it out in parallel with the work of making a plan for compensation and site clearance.

The Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and four related localities to focus on being open, transparent and fair in the entire process of land acquisition, compensation and resettlement.

For the Department of Agriculture and Environment to support localities in handling related difficulties, review the land price list for resettlement areas to approve detailed plans and review the crop compensation price list...

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Project Management Board to coordinate with the Department of Finance to supplement the list of projects to renovate the infrastructure of Phu Hoi residential area to arrange resettlement for households.
