Lang Son Provincial Police mobilized all forces to participate in the construction of the project, in which the youth force was the core and vanguard. After nearly four months, the project was strictly censored in terms of content and operation, ensuring requirements on state secrets, safety, network security, accuracy, timeliness and meeting political , legal and professional requirements.
According to Captain Luu Minh Thinh, Deputy Head of the Youth Department of Lang Son Provincial Police, bringing the law closer to the people is both an urgent requirement and a political responsibility of the police force, contributing to strengthening trust, raising awareness of law enforcement, preventing violations and crimes, and ensuring security and order from the grassroots.
With a core role, the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the unit have collected and compiled legal documents, documents, lectures, media publications, etc. according to the topics of propaganda, dissemination and legal education ; after the documents are censored, they will be deployed to store and upload data into the system.
Data in the archive is classified and organized by topics such as drug prevention; fire prevention and rescue skills; traffic safety; cyber security and high-tech crime prevention... in various forms.
The “Legal Propaganda Data Bank 4.0” is stored digitally, using cloud computing applications with strict security measures. The data is also saved on a separate computer hard drive, in case of need for adjustment or when an incident occurs.
The project has spread to most of the officers and soldiers of Lang Son Provincial Police, especially the commune-level police force. For the commune-level police officers and soldiers, propaganda, education and dissemination of the law are identified as a key and regular task.
Lieutenant Tran Vu Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Tam Thanh Ward Police Youth Union, said: “We have actively exploited and promoted the effectiveness of the “Legal Propaganda Data Bank 4.0” project, which has become a useful tool in propaganda work at the grassroots level. This is also a demonstration of the vanguard spirit and responsibility of the police youth in building a peaceful life for the people.”
The "4.0 Law Propaganda Data Bank" can be widely deployed to local mass organizations, collaborators, reporters, propagandists at all levels, and the masses in the area in an appropriate form.
Student Luong Ha Anh, Hoang Van Thu High School said: “I find the police's propaganda presentations vivid, easy to understand, and suitable for students' awareness. Through the law propaganda sessions, we have been equipped with a lot of useful knowledge about traffic safety, drug prevention, and network security.”
The construction of the "4.0 Law Propaganda Data Bank" was associated with the movement "Young people of Lang Son Police actively participate in propagating, educating and disseminating the law to all classes of people" by the Provincial Police Youth Committee. This is a broad political activity, arousing the pioneering and creative spirit of union members and youth in the entire force.
According to comrade Vi Tung Khanh, Secretary of the Youth Union of the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the project demonstrates the dynamism, creativity and innovative spirit of the youth of the Provincial Police. This is not only a tool to support professional work, but also a testament to the aspiration to contribute and be proactive of the youth union members of Lang Son, contributing to spreading legal knowledge.
In the context that the entire Party, people and army are actively implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, the youth of Lang Son Provincial Police building the "4.0 Law Propaganda Data Bank" demonstrates creativity, keeping up with the digital transformation trend and promoting the spirit of shock and pioneering in carrying out political tasks.
Lieutenant Colonel Luong Thanh Binh, Deputy Head of the Political Affairs Department, Lang Son Provincial Police, said: “This model has contributed to collecting, systematizing, and digitizing legal documents, helping officers and soldiers easily look up, exploit, and use them; at the same time, opening up a channel of quick and convenient access to the law for all classes of people. Thereby, raising awareness of living and working according to the Constitution and the law, consolidating a stable and strong social foundation, creating a favorable environment for socio-economic development and protecting security and order from the grassroots level.”
