MobiFone in the top of Outstanding Enterprises for Employees

Despite the market's difficulties, MobiFone always tries to improve the working environment and take care of the lives of its employees.

On the morning of June 19 in Hanoi , Lao Dong Newspaper held a press conference to announce the list of 67 "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" in 2024. The program was organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry to honor enterprises that constantly strive to improve the working environment, care for the material and spiritual life of workers, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations to move towards sustainable development in the process of integration and development.

After 3 months of launching, the program has received hundreds of applications from businesses sent by local Labor Federations and Industry Unions.

After preliminary rounds and scoring according to a strict set of criteria developed by leading labor experts, the program selected 67 enterprises to be honored in the 2024 "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" Ranking, 10 enterprises received certificates of merit for "Excellent achievements in having a good working environment, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, taking good care of workers' welfare and paying attention to contributing to social responsibility to the community" awarded by the President of the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

At the honoring ceremony held on the evening of June 25 at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace, MobiFone Corporation was one of 10 enterprises receiving a certificate of merit from VCCI, honored to be in the top 67 "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers".
