Every month, students of Ho Chi Minh City National University will enjoy 1 concert.

Ho Chi Minh City National University officially launched a series of concerts for students with the theme 'Youth Symphony' in 2025.

Concert series, with 7 programs taking place from January to July 2025 at Ho Chi Minh City National University and member training facilities.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Vu Hai Quan - Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University, this is the first time Ho Chi Minh City National University has organized a series of concerts for students.

"The series of concerts for students with the theme Youth Symphony is being implemented to enhance cultural and artistic activities, promote educational activities, and improve understanding and aesthetic awareness for students of Ho Chi Minh City National University," Mr. Quan added.

Conductor Tran Nhat Minh, along with collaborators from Saigon Festival Orchestra, Saigon Winds, Impact Theatre Saigon and leading artists in the field of classical music, accompany and provide professional support for the series of programs.

Each program will have a different theme and content in the way of performance and interpretation, helping the audience have the opportunity to more deeply appreciate the beauty of music genres.

In 7 programs, students will be introduced to and enjoy performances of genres such as: symphony, opera, Broadway musical, Jazz...

The first concert took place on the afternoon of January 10.

The first concert was held at 2 p.m. on January 10 at Tran Chi Dao Hall, Ho Chi Minh City National University Administration Building, with the theme "Colors of Symphony". The program featured a symphony orchestra under the direction of Conductor Tran Nhat Minh.

In the program, besides enjoying famous symphonic works, teachers and students of Ho Chi Minh City National University will be shared by conductor Tran Nhat Minh about the symphony orchestra, the musical instruments in the orchestra as well as information about the works performed.

Students register to participate in the program with the Student Affairs Office of the schools for the opportunity to participate in the program.
