Heavy rain also damaged 1,997 hectares of rice, crops and other plants; 323.3 hectares of aquatic products were flooded and overflowed; 65 meters of ditches, 3 lakes, and dams collapsed; 50 meters of the right-hand dike of Ngoi Me were prevented from overflowing; 200 meters of the right-hand dike of Ngoi Gianh were prevented from overflowing.
The whole province has 95 landslide points on traffic routes with a landslide volume of about 10,130m3 and many flooded points affecting people's travel; 35 electric poles fell, 300m of low voltage power lines were broken, 16 schools were affected...

Phu Tho Irrigation and Water Resources Sub-Department regularly updates and transmits weather and natural disaster warning information to communes and wards for proactive response.
