The incense offering ceremony for National Hero Nguyen Trung Truc took place in a solemn atmosphere, expressing deep respect and gratitude to the National Hero who sacrificed himself to fight foreign invaders to protect the country.
Before the spirit of National Hero Nguyen Trung Truc, the Party Committee and people of An Giang province uphold the spirit of solidarity, democracy, discipline, creativity, contribute all their heart, intelligence, and determination to successfully implement the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, contributing with the whole country to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The 1st Congress of An Giang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 is an important political event, marking an important turning point in the province's development process.
The theme is “Building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the tradition of solidarity; strengthening national defense, security, and foreign affairs; developing science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation; mobilizing all resources to build An Giang province to develop rapidly and sustainably, entering a new era with the country. With the motto “One An Giang - One vision - One will - One belief in victory”.
The congress took place over two days, October 2 and 3, at the An Giang Provincial Culture and Arts Center. The preparatory session began at 1:30 p.m. on October 2; the official opening session began at 8 a.m. on October 3.
