District 12 People's Committee notes: The collection rates specified in this document are the maximum collection rates. Based on the actual situation of the educational institution and the needs of the students, the educational institution shall agree with the students' parents on the specific collection rate, but not exceeding the prescribed collection rate and not being 15% higher than the collection rate implemented in the 2023-2024 school year.
Notably, regarding the revenue "Air conditioning service for classrooms with air conditioning - For classrooms that need to use but do not have air conditioning, must rent" (section 7.2), District 12 requires: "Educational institutions shall base on the actual physical facilities at the unit and the need to use air conditioning of parents, the unit price of service provision to calculate the specific revenue level but not exceeding the prescribed revenue level. The rental of air conditioning must have the consent of parents, and be implemented in accordance with the provisions of law".
