Nam Dinh appoints many key leadership positions

Mr. Nguyen Sinh Tien, Chairman of the People's Committee of district Y Yen, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD).

Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Dinh Nghi congratulated the appointed officials and emphasized that in their new positions, the two officials would continue to train and improve their professional knowledge and skills; and promote their qualities and capacity in leadership, direction and management.

At the same time, create solidarity and unity among the leadership, cadres, civil servants and public employees in the unit; proactively and actively coordinate with all levels of branches to advise the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee in directing, operating and promulgating policies and mechanisms.

Also on the afternoon of September 30, Nam Dinh province announced the assignment of Mr. Cao Thanh Nam, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, to be in charge of the Giao Thuy District Party Committee until the position of District Party Committee Secretary is completed.

Mr. Pham Quang Ai, Secretary of Giao Thuy District Party Committee, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
