With his quick wit and bravery, Pham Minh Quan saved the lives of two children, preventing a drowning incident. This is a shining example that needs to be commended and spread throughout the community.

The rainy season poses many potential risks of drowning for children. Therefore, families and schools need to strengthen management and remind children to stay away from dangerous places such as ponds, lakes, rivers and streams; at the same time, equip children with safety skills to avoid unfortunate accidents.
