At the working session, representatives of the Department of Home Affairs and the specialized department in charge of state management of youth and gender equality informed about the results of state management of youth and gender equality in the first 9 months of 2025.
Accordingly, after the merger of the province and the two-level local government came into operation, the Department of Home Affairs, together with relevant departments and branches, proactively advised the Provincial People's Committee to direct and operate state management work on youth and gender equality to ensure consistency and continuity.
The Department of Home Affairs has set out key tasks to be implemented in the last months of 2025. Regarding state management of youth, the focus will be on completing the target of supporting job creation for 63,000 young people; 100% of youth organizations will mobilize young people to participate in volunteer activities for the community. Regarding state management of gender equality, from now until the end of 2025, the focus will be on effectively implementing the Month of Action for Gender Equality and Prevention and Response to Gender-Based Violence; continuing to organize training courses and competitions to promote gender equality and prevention and response to gender-based violence.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son requested the Department of Home Affairs and related units to assess and supplement the existing shortcomings and limitations; the causes of the shortcomings and limitations in the state management of youth and gender equality since the beginning of the year. For each aspect of work, it is necessary to set out specific tasks to help sectors and localities clearly see what to do, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management of youth and gender equality.
