Resolution on changing the purpose of using rice-growing land and production forest land to implement projects in 2024 in Tuyen Quang province

The 19th term People's Council of Tuyen Quang province, 10th session, Resolution: Approving the conversion of land use purposes for rice cultivation and production forest land to implement projects as prescribed in Article 79 and Article 127 of the 2024 Land Law in Tuyen Quang province.

Approving the conversion of the purpose of using 1.01 hectares of rice-growing land to implement the project of building a road to Phuc Ung market, Phuc Ung commune, Son Duong district. Approving the conversion of the purpose of using production forest land for 2 projects with a total area of ​​4.06 hectares, specifically: Lam Binh district 1 project with an area of ​​0.22 hectares; Yen Son district 1 project with an area of ​​3.84 hectares.

The Provincial People's Committee is assigned to organize the implementation of this Resolution in accordance with the provisions of law; the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the committees of the Provincial People's Council, the delegations and delegates of the Provincial People's Council are assigned to supervise the implementation of this Resolution.

This Resolution takes effect from the date of approval by the 19th Provincial People's Council, 10th thematic session on November 14, 2024.
