According to Chairman of Dong Gia Nghia Ward People's Committee Thach Canh Tinh, in recent years, the Party, State and Government have had many policies, programs and strategies to support and accompany people in difficult areas and ethnic minorities to stabilize their lives. From the Party's policies, many programs and projects have been implemented, especially the three national target programs that have contributed significantly to promoting local development. "Giving Independence Day gifts to people, regardless of age, gender, poor or rich households, has clearly demonstrated the State's care and concern for the people, demonstrating the spirit of equality, humanity and solidarity of the nation. As a Vietnamese, everyone has Independence Day. Especially, in the current period, the decision has clarified the spirit of the State of the people, by the people, for the people, the motivation to confidently step into the future," said Mr. Thach Canh Tinh.

Telegram No. 149/CD-TTg dated August 28, 2025 of the Prime Minister stated: To continue to demonstrate the deep concern of the Party and State for all the people, implementing the direction of General Secretary To Lam, the Government Party Committee has submitted to the Politburo on organizing gift giving to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. The gift level is 100,000 VND/person, for all people to celebrate Independence Day.

In Document No. 17129-CV/VPTW dated August 28, 2025 of the Party Central Office, the Politburo agreed on this policy. The dispatch requested that relevant ministries, branches and localities closely coordinate and immediately review the recipients of gifts and deliver the gifts to people by appropriate means (bank transfer or directly) as soon as possible, to be completed before National Day September 2, 2025.
