The 10th edition of the Festival has the theme "80 years of heroic epic", praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, country and the glorious revolutionary tradition of the nation and the Vietnam People's Army; exploiting and promoting national cultural values and identities; expressing the aspiration to contribute to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland; honoring good people, good deeds, military-civilian solidarity, international solidarity, and the image of the soldier.
