Just completed and put into use for more than 3 months, but National Highway 37, the section through the intersection with Provincial Road DT.456, in the area of Diem Dien town (Thai Thuy), often has traffic collisions, potentially becoming a new black spot for traffic accidents if the authorities do not have timely handling measures and if traffic participants do not raise awareness.
