The above-mentioned philanthropist is Tran Ngoc Son (50 years old, hometown in Vinh Thuy commune), currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh City. With the desire to have the opportunity to show gratitude to veterans at this special time of the country, Mr. Son spent his own money to support transportation and movie tickets for veterans to enjoy the movie Red Rain .
“In Quang Tri province in particular and the whole country in general, there are many veterans who fought for national independence. With my small strength, I want to express my gratitude, want to let you have a meaningful trip, together watching a movie set in the battlefield where perhaps some of you fought. The movie Red Rain is very good, I want the veterans to have a good memory," said Mr. Son.

Yesterday morning (September 8), 600 veterans in Vinh Thuy commune gathered at the commune headquarters and boarded a bus together to move to Nam Dong Ha Ward and go to the cinema to enjoy the movie.
Mr. Quyet said that there were many veterans who came to the cinema for the first time, and after watching the film, everyone was filled with indescribable emotions... The very realistic scenes in the film made many people remember a time of blood and fire, a difficult time, and feel lucky to still be able to sit together in the cinema today, watching a meaningful film.
