The political report and opinions expressed at the congress unanimously affirmed: During the past term, the factory's grassroots trade union has successfully deployed and organized the implementation of the Factory's Trade Union Congress Resolution. Trade unions at all levels in the factory have done a good job of educating union members and workers to have a strong political stance, be confident and trust in the Party's leadership, be attached to and love the industry and profession; strictly follow discipline, be ready to receive and complete assigned tasks well. Emulation movements were effectively organized and implemented, contributing to the completion of the unit's tasks. Notable examples include: Emulation movement "Innovation, creativity - Strengthening strength, cultivating virtue, Improving knowledge, practicing profession - Being strong, developing, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" for the period 2023 - 2028; "Competition for innovation and digital transformation", "Digital education for the masses", "Good workers, creative workers" associated with the Campaign "Management and exploitation of weapons and technical equipment well, durable, safe, economical and traffic safe"...

The trade union has paid attention to caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, union members and workers, and coordinated with organizations to effectively implement democratic regulations at the grassroots level; the trade union organization has been regularly consolidated and improved, and the content and form of activities have been gradually innovated. The position and role of the trade union organization have been increasingly affirmed, actively contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" factory, and the Party Committee has successfully and excellently completed its tasks.

During the term, the factory's Trade Union was awarded a Certificate of Merit in 2023 and an Emulation Flag in 2024 by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor ; 188 individuals achieved the title of outstanding union members.

At the congress, delegates enthusiastically discussed and clarified the achieved results, pointed out some limitations, and proposed solutions and measures to overcome them in the coming term.

Major General Vu Van Cuong, Deputy Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, and delegates visited the area displaying typical products of the factory to welcome the congress.

Regarding the direction and tasks for the next term, the congress determined that the factory's grassroots trade union will continue to closely follow the factory's political tasks, the leadership, direction and guidance of Party committees, commanders and political agencies on trade union work; continue to innovate content and methods, improve the quality of trade union activities, well implement the grassroots democracy regulations; take care to build a strong team of cadres and workers in all aspects; build a strong grassroots trade union to contribute to the successful implementation of the factory's political tasks.

In the afternoon, the congress continued to discuss and give opinions on the draft Report of the Political Department at the Conference summarizing the trade union and workers' movement for the period 2023-2025 in the General Department of Logistics and Engineering; elected the Executive Committee of the Factory Trade Union for the term 2025-2030 and delegates to attend the 11th Congress of the Army Trade Union.
