Musician Viet Anh returned to Vietnam to organize a music night, why was Thu Phuong absent?

(Dan Tri) - After 5 years of settling in New Zealand with his family, musician Viet Anh returned to Vietnam, organizing the music night "Musician Viet Anh - Coming Home" on November 23 in Dong Nai .

The music night "Musician Viet Anh - Returning Home" marked the return of the male musician after 5 years of settling abroad with his family. Sharing about life in a foreign land, musician Viet Anh said that at first he was quite worried about adapting to the new environment.

Now, everything has stabilized. Every day, the musician teaches and takes care of his children. For him, this is the right time to continue pursuing his passion for music .

The upcoming music night will feature singers Le Hieu, Thuy Chi, Phuong Vu, Tran Minh Dung... Musician Viet Anh said he wants to collaborate with young faces to bring the audience new things in his music.

The show also features conductor Tran Nhat Minh. Binh Minh will take on the role of MC.

Regarding the fact that many famous singers such as Ha Tran, Quang Dung, Bang Kieu, especially Thu Phuong - who has successfully performed many of Viet Anh's songs - did not participate in the music night, the male musician said that the artists have their own schedules, so sometimes it is not suitable to participate.

The musician said that he and Thu Phuong had just worked together on singer Ha Anh Tuan's show in Australia and had talked about upcoming plans, but currently each of them had their own work to do.

The program is part of the project series Singing in the middle of nature (launched in 2022) of Xin Chao Live Music. After Viet Anh's show, the project series will continue with a music night featuring Huong Tram (October 26), Vu Cat Tuong (December 15), Saigon Boys (musician Viet Anh's band) with Lam Truong, Phuong Thanh, Tuan Hung (January 12, 2025).
