Accordingly, while on duty guiding people through public service procedures, Captain Che Cong Thanh and Private Pham Van Khanh (Mobile Police Department) discovered a leather wallet dropped by a citizen in the seating area.

Immediately after checking and determining that there were many important personal documents and some cash inside, the two officers and soldiers verified and contacted the owner of the property, Mr. Le Thanh Hao (born in 1996).

Receiving the lost property and writing a thank you letter to the Hue City Police, Mr. Hao said that he lost his wallet when he went to the City Police Department to register his vehicle license plate. The wallet contained about 1 million VND in cash and other important documents.
