The People's Procuracy of Hoa Binh province is the unit with the function of practicing the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities. The Institute has 64 staff members, of which 40 are members of the Lawyers Association, accounting for more than (68%).

During the 2018-2023 term, with the leadership of the Party Committee and agency heads, the People's Procuracy Lawyers Association was consolidated and developed.

All members of the Association always have a firm ideological stance, cultivate qualities, ethics and lifestyle, no member has been disciplined. 100% of members are Party members, 4 are Institute Leaders, 7 are Party Committee members, 1 member is the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Lawyers Association.

Regarding professional qualifications, 100% are university graduates, including 11 masters, 22 members have high political qualifications, therefore, the members of the People's Procuracy Lawyers Association are the core force of the People's Procuracy and the Hoa Binh Provincial Lawyers Association.
