Many universities consider transcripts and certificates in July

TPO - Many universities accept applications for admission methods that do not use graduation exam scores until July 5, and some schools accept applications as late as July 24.

After the high school graduation exam, many schools continue to accept applications for admission using methods that do not use exam scores, commonly considering transcripts, international certificates or based on test results to assess capacity and thinking.

Some schools have the deadline for admission as July 5, including the Diplomatic Academy, Journalism and Communication, and Hanoi University of Industry. Meanwhile, many other universities accept applications until around July 10-24.

The deadline for submitting applications for admission by methods that do not use high school graduation exam scores of universities in 2025 is as follows:

In 2025, the Ministry of Education and Training stipulates that universities cannot consider early admission, and must convert scores from different methods to a common scale. All are considered together on the Ministry's system, at the same time as the high school graduation exam scores. Therefore, schools should note that regardless of the method of admission or early application, candidates still need to enter into the common system.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, the 2025 high school graduation exam scores will be announced on the morning of July 16. The deadline for registration and adjustment of university admission wishes is 5:00 p.m. on July 28.

Candidates pay admission fees online from July 29 to 5pm August 5. Candidates will know their university admission scores before 5pm August 22.
