On the evening of December 31, Ho Chi Minh City will organize fireworks displays to celebrate the New Year 2025 at 3 locations: the Saigon River tunnel (Thu Duc City), Dam Sen Cultural Park (District 11) and Van Phuc Urban Area (Thu Duc City).

At 6:30 p.m., many roads in the center of Ho Chi Minh City began to be congested for a long time, with vehicles moving very slowly. In particular, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Ton Duc Thang, Dong Khoi (District 1), Nguyen Tat Thanh (District 4) had very high traffic density. At intersections, traffic police were on duty to direct traffic, but due to the large number of vehicles moving, congestion still occurred.

“My house is far from the fireworks display location, so I arrived very early to choose the best spot to watch the fireworks. I also prepared a nylon sheet to sit with my family and wait for the fireworks to start,” Ms. Le Thi Huyen (living in Tan Phu district) excitedly said.
