Provincial Employment Service Center visits and seeks job opportunities for workers

On September 29, the Provincial Employment Service Center coordinated with Brother Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. to organize a tour to learn about the working environment at the Brother factory (Hai Phong). Participating in the program were representatives of the Lao Cai Provincial Department of Home Affairs, representatives of Xuan Quang commune and workers in need of employment.

During the tour, the delegation was given an overview of the company, salary policies and benefits for employees. In particular, employees were able to directly visit the production area, workplace, dormitory and other living areas, thereby having a more realistic and specific view of working and living conditions at the enterprise.

The activity aims to help workers directly access recruitment information and find job opportunities at one of the leading enterprises with good working environments in Vietnam. This is also one of the activities connecting labor supply and demand between Lao Cai province and industrial zones, contributing to solving employment for rural workers.
