(Dan Tri) - Many golden lands with prime locations right on the coast of Vung Tau were announced by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province to be auctioned this year to earn more than 10,000 billion VND.

The People’s Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has just announced a list of 9 land plots to be auctioned this year. The plots have a total area of ​​over 100 hectares, concentrated in Vung Tau city, Long Dien district and Phu My town.

The 13.8ha land plot in Nghinh Phong Cape, Ha Long Street, Ward 2 (Vung Tau City) has a very beautiful coastal location. The land plot has one side facing Ha Long Street, the other three sides facing the East Sea, and is oriented to build a high-quality tourism , entertainment and resort service area. Nghinh Phong Cape is located in the South of Vung Tau City, and is considered the most beautiful sightseeing spot in the locality.

Among the land lots auctioned this time, Mui Nghinh Phong land lot is of interest to many people due to its location right on the coast of Vung Tau.

This is a planned land area for commercial and service areas, located in a "prime" location, the center of tourism development of Vung Tau City.

The old restaurant area at Mui Nghinh Phong, abandoned for many years, is fenced off, not allowing residents and tourists inside to ensure safety.

Nghinh Phong Cape has long been a famous tourist attraction when coming to Vung Tau because of its beautiful scenery. Young people often come to Nghinh Phong Cape to watch the sunset.

Due to many years of inactivity, many rows of kiosks at the old tourist market in Vung Tau have deteriorated and are overgrown with trees. Currently, the entire area is fenced off, preventing people from entering.

The largest land area auctioned this time is the land of nearly 77 hectares in the Urban Area of ​​3/2 Street, Ward 10 and 11. This is a beautiful land, large area, located next to the long coastline.

This land is planned to become a high-end resort service center, high-end commercial and entertainment center and urban residential area.

The land is located on 3/2 street, the gateway street of the city is considered the most beautiful in Vung Tau city because it is located by the sea, with many tourist areas, resorts, schools, and sports areas.

In addition to the land plots in Vung Tau City, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau also auctioned 3 other land plots in Long Dien District and 1 land plot in Phu My Town. Of which, the land plot with an area of ​​nearly 1.8 hectares in Phu My Town will be auctioned first by Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province in November.
