On that basis, the Tet holiday schedule will be arranged appropriately, as long as the required number of teaching weeks is ensured.

Circular 05 of the Ministry of Education and Training has clearly regulated working hours during the school year. Therefore, schools base on this document and the time of Tet to arrange a holiday schedule for the whole week, usually taking a break on the weekend and returning to school at the beginning of the week.

Accordingly, the official Tet holiday plan needs to wait for the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to issue. However, the department has planned a 2-week Tet holiday. During this time, schools can proactively arrange teaching and learning plans as long as they ensure enough actual study weeks.
