People's Artist Tu Long visited People's Artist Xuan Bac's hometown at the beginning of the year

(Dan Tri) - People's Artist Tu Long often visits People's Artist Xuan Bac's hometown on important occasions. Recently, the Director of the Army Cheo Theater was also present in Vinh Phuc to wish the "Nam Tao" family a Happy New Year.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, People's Artist Xuan Bac said that 5 days ago, People's Artist Tu Long returned to Vinh Phuc - his hometown - to wish everyone in his family a Happy New Year and attend the birthday celebration of his relative.

"Tu Long and I are often present at important occasions of both families. We consider each other as family and always have sincere feelings for each other," Xuan Bac confided.

This is not the first time People's Artist Tu Long has returned to People's Artist Xuan Bac's hometown. Director of the Tu Long Military Cheo Theatre has often been present at reunions and gatherings of Xuan Bac's extended family for many years.

Tu Long and Xuan Bac met each other when they were MCs for Vong Quan, then became a perfect pair on the Northern comedy stage.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter about his relationship with Xuan Bac and what has kept them together for the past 30 years, People's Artist Tu Long said it is the respect they have for each other.

"People often say that a stage can have many artists come together to collaborate, but at some point they will separate. It's very difficult for artists to collaborate. Yet Xuan Bac and I have "endured" and tolerated each other to perform and work together for 3 decades," Tu Long confided.

The male artist calls his close friendship with Xuan Bac "a rare love that is hard to find". The two are almost inseparable, where Xuan Bac is, Tu Long is and vice versa.

"We both agreed that if a unit offered a high salary but only invited one person to perform, we would refuse. Occasionally, if I wanted to act with someone else, I would also inform Xuan Bac. That was mutual respect," Tu Long shared.

Not only are they "close friends" on stage, Xuan Bac - Tu Long have also been together since their student days, so except for their wives and children, they share almost everything in life with each other.

Recently, when People's Artist Tu Long took office as Director of the Army Cheo Theater, Director of the Department of Performing Arts Xuan Bac wrote emotional verses to his friend: "Tu Long, my friend/ The star on the soldier's cap shines brightly/ You are a People's Artist/ Sings well, acts well, and is also a talented commander.../ Congratulations Director, don't worry, let's go ahead/ Tu Long has a very high responsibility/ Prestige, dedication... he can do any job".

Previously, People's Artist Xuan Bac also caused a stir when he wrote a poem wishing his colleague a happy birthday on stage.

He also prepared a board with the words "Anh Tu Long, I admire you", making many people admire their friendship.

"When people say Xuan Bac said this or that, I know right away whether Xuan Bac said it or not. We trust each other absolutely to be able to live together. We never listen to what others say and then have different thoughts and opinions about each other.

The two of them act very well together, understanding each other to the point that just by looking into each other's eyes, they know what trick the other wants to use to juggle. When acting with Xuan Bac, I feel that both of us will have the best product, so I want to stick together even more," Tu Long confided.

However, the close friends admitted that they also have differences. In a conversation with Dan Tri reporter, People's Artist Tu Long shared that he is often rude, very carefree, not neat and says what he thinks. Meanwhile, Xuan Bac is disciplined, disciplined, and speaks discreetly, so the number of people who hate Tu Long is higher than Xuan Bac.
