NTO - Launching a peak emulation campaign to welcome the Victory Emulation Congress of the Coast Guard Region 3 Command, phase 2019

On May 17, in Vung Tau City (Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province), the Coast Guard Region 3 Command organized the Launching Ceremony of the High-Point Emulation Campaign to welcome the Victory Emulation Congress at the Region Command level, period 2019-2024 with the theme: "30 days of exemplary action". Major General Ngo Binh Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Region attended and chaired the Launching Ceremony.

In order for the emulation movement to permeate the thoughts and actions of each officer and soldier, and spread widely throughout the Region, agencies and units focus on implementing well the "3 best, 1 no" of the emulation content and targets, which are: Ready to fight, best training; Strict discipline, absolute safety; Best preparation and organization of activities to celebrate the Victory Emulation Congress of the Regional Command for the period 2019-2024 and No violation of discipline, law, or traffic safety. Through the emulation movement, it is aimed at helping each officer and soldier have the right awareness, motivation, and determination to compete, raise the sense of self-reliance and self-strengthening; be proactive, creative, overcome all difficulties, and successfully complete tasks. At the same time, promote the propaganda and education of traditions and the results of the unit's tasks to make officers and soldiers clearly aware of the position and role of emulation, reward and international movement of the Regional Command in the period 2019-2024. The emulation period takes place in 30 days, from May 17 to June 17, 2024.

The units signed a competition to compete to win.

On this occasion, the Command of Coast Guard Region 3 held a preliminary summary of the peak emulation period "Following the footsteps of Dien Bien soldiers - Going forward to win 3 first place" and awarded 6 collectives and 13 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation period.
